2. Code of Conduct

The English version of the Code of Conduct are provided for informational purposes only.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail and be regarded as the governing document.

3. Sustainable Manufacturing

Energy Efficiency: We reduce energy use in production through continuous process optimization, targeted equipment upgrades, and monitoring of consumption data to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
Waste Management: We focus on minimizing waste generation, reusing materials where feasible, and ensuring proper waste sorting to enable effective recycling.
Materials: Material selection is defined at global level; we ensure efficient material use avoiding waste in production.

4. Regional Impact & Community Engagement

Local Initiatives: Contributions to biodiversity initiatives of the local community.

5. Ethics Hotline and Whistleblowing System

Alpine Electronics Manufacturing of Europe Ltd. provides an Ethics Hotline / whistleblowing system that offers a secure and confidential channel for reporting any situation that may be unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with our corporate ethical principles.
Reports can be submitted through multiple channels, even anonymously, and all cases are handled objectively, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This system supports transparent business operations, protects those who speak up, and contributes to maintaining a responsible, transparent, and forward-looking corporate environment.
