Alps Alpine Co., Ltd. was formed on January 1, 2019, with the business integration of Alps Electric Co., Ltd. and Alpine Electronics, Inc.

When did Alps Alpine list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) ?

Alps Electric listed on the TSE in October 1961, a first for the Japanese electronic components industry. The stock was upgraded to the TSE First Section in August 1967 and is currently listed as Alps Alpine Co., Ltd.
